7th CEDAW Periodic Report

The Kingdom of Bhutan signed the Convention on Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW) on July 17, 1980 and ratified it on August 31, 1981. It presented its combined initial through sixth periodic report to the Committee on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women in January 2003. The Committee considered the report at its 30th Session in 2004.
