The Tenth Round Table Meeting (RTM) between the Royal Government of Bhutan its and the development partners was held in Thimphu on 17-18 February 2008. The meeting saw a high- level participation of over 130 delegates, including 83 delegates representing 14 bilateral partners, 20 multilateral partners and 4 non-government organizations.
